We take them to places where our phones can easily get full bars and then the camera simply will not connect, its just been nonstop unending problems. I can't believe you can't just log onto an account and view the attached cameras, anything other than that just seems kinda ridiculous.

The app and PC client are incredibly janky and make no sense, like you can't seem to just access the account and view the connected cameras, you have to individually add each camera to the feed on each phone/PC and if they're on different IP's its more headaches.

If you want to have the MP4 video, you can check the box(Back Up MP4 Files). Now you can see the storage path of the captured pictures.
